Great service with a member of EE staff

Just wanted to leave a really great review for Ish at the EE shop in Romford. 
He went above and beyond helping me in store today with my SIM card issue. He even successfully activated my iPad after many tries myself trying to get it to work.
Great guy, listened to all my questions and queries and answered them all satisfactorily.

What a great colleague , I hope this reaches his manager!
