I just have to say thank you so much to Tariq and his colleagues at south wales call centre.
I am blown away by how over and above the job this staff member went.
I was struggling with lack of service and that I had 2 separate devices but couldn’t find any on system. He sent me new sims inactive and gave me his work email address so that when they came I could let him know and he would call me to get me through the process.
likewise his colleague in billing sorted my issue with patience.
thank you guys - if it wasn’t for you I would’ve left EE
