Great customer service- Stirling store

Just wanted to highlight an excellent service provided by Andrew (i think) at the Stirling EE store in the Thistle Centre.

Came in with and issue with my phone and he was extremely helpful and friendly, the issue was my own doing and there was plenty of humour, chat and issue was rectified within 10 minutes.

Too many complain or negative comments these days and felt it was right just add a positive note.

Hi Chris,

                   Sorry did not get his name and only guessing it was Andrew as that was the name on his tablet when he was sorting my eSIM/SIM issue. Was on 04/10/25 around 09.30 if that's any help.
