Nope. The private message was a number for EE HR that I've yet to get through on. Mostly it tells you to look on OneHR on their website where all the answers will be.

The government pension tracker says it's Towers Watson Redhill but they said not.

Did you get anywhere?

All I've found is Scottish Widows and Capita who both checked under my NI number quite happily, but I think they are the schemes for old T-Mobile employees and post BT involvement. I'm not convinced there isn't something different for Orange employees that left before 2010.

Hi james

You will get a private message from someone called Leanne and the number will take you the different pension providers and admin teams none of them knew who was your pension provider back then. Totally useless

Hi @Rayna3

I have replied to your private message.

Leanne.

Hello Leanne

I  seem to be in the same boat. I joined in 1999 to 2006 and again in 2011 to 2013. I believe that some pension payments are missing, and Capita dont think I exist and have no record!!!!!

I've found myself raing a complaint to Scottish Widows, Zurich and EE/Capita - btw, Capita have NO RECORD OF ME, even though I worked from 1999 to 2006 and 2011 to 2013. I believe some pension contributions are missing

No joy yet

If there are several people in the similar boat of missing pensions, that is very worrying
