Feedback for store

Hi

Just wanted to leave some feedback for lakeside store (the one downstairs).

Went in at the weekend and was lots of staff but they were all standing around on their phones. One was with a customer but the other 4 were just stood on their mobiles. 

When finally got some help felt like I disturbed the guy and really felt he wasn’t wanting to help.

Got what I wanted but no information on how to use it or link it to my account. Wish I hadn’t bothered.
