He provided an excellent service, he was personable, he went above and beyond to take the time and find me the best deal for me and my son for all our needs from our contract, he saved me money and without being pushy, we came away with far more benefits in our contact at a lower price. I also switched Broadband provider to EE because he took the time to explain how it all worked and the service we were previously using wasn’t meeting our needs.
He is doing a great job in his role, he is very knowledgeable and had great customer service by being so friendly. I hope he progresses within his career.
