Saturday  April 15, I  used the app, as always to transfer data. App said no. I had finished a night shift, was wiped, this was the last thing I needed like another hole in the head. I phoned EE. I do not use a smart phone as my personal phone. As I'd been away at work, nothing else was charged so I couldn't answer the normal easy account identity verification questions. I was grumpy. I became frustrated. But did Olu in Manchester quit? Nope, he found solutions. He texted my phone and then phoned me back for the code. He transferred the data for me. I went back to bed. He shouldn't have to do what the app should be ready and able to do....but he did. And that service, from an actual person, actually in the United Kingdom, who actually speaks English, correctly and as importantly slowly, is why I am with EE.

Well done Olu, you have saved my business and earned my recommendations. I told you my career and best be sure I will pass on my experience to our clients so they too may consider EE in the future.
