I’ve recently left O2 and EE had really good reviews. I can see why, as one I called I was welcomed very warmly and cannot commend Joe(I think) enough. He was so friendly and made the process far easier and was able to support me throughout that call.
I’m now certain this provider will be far superior if all of the customer service is on par with the the service I received on my recent phone call. Thank you again joe. X
