I was visiting the EE in Kingston at the bentalls centre a few months ago when I had a problem with using one of my benefits which was to use my phone abroad in certain countries! I explained my problems to Kashif and Fatimeh and they both assisted me in making sure my phone was able to work abroad and my plan would allow me to use my phone in the states. The two members of staff gave me excellent service in providing the answers that I needed without me having to worry! Kashif and Fatimeh were excellent I can’t thank them enough.
