Good afternoon.
After making a formal complaint to the executive complaints department, I received a telephone call from a BT/EE member of staff. The gentleman called Andrew *******, was exceptionally polite, understanding, and obviously a credit to his company. Andrew assessed the complaint, and covered all the details given, in a very professional way. Andrew also apologised profusely, on behalf of BT/EE, in reference to the original dealing of service, that I had received.
As I worked for BT for 47 years, and finished my time in the complaints team, I fully understand how important customer relationship is.
Please could this acknowledgement and gratitude of thanks, be passed onto Andrews manager, and entered on his personal file.
kind regards,
Paul ****
PS. Andrew is based in Newcastle.
