Ex employee, have been told I have been paid this month but left months ago

Hi all,

I haven't worked for EE for around 4 months now, but have been told that I was sent a few hundred pounds this past month by EE, but have not received any information on why or where, nor any money? 

Is there any way to get in contact with the payroll team to discuss this?

If you were in a sales/customer-facing role this can sometimes be bonus payments which are usually paid in arrears.

Someone from the EE Community Support Team may be able to provide you with some details to get in touch to confirm the source of these payments.

Yes I was working as customer support in one of the call centres.

Is there any particular way to get in contact with them or is it just waiting for them to reply/contact me in reference to this post?
