Employee overpayment

Just ha d a letter through saying I've had an overpayment since being let go a couple of months back. I have not seen my p45 or p60 or any payslips since around June due to being off long term sick and the HR system changing while I was away. I have no access to any offical documents or hr email etc, does anyone have the email or phone number for the HR team so I can sort this mess?
