EE - worst customer service in UK award?

Having transferred from BT, at their suggestion, my whole week has been servicing EE and getting very cross. My QR codes will not arrive for a month (WHY? - no one can tell me), getting through the press 2 for feeling nuclear and furious system takes ages, EE's computers crashed during 2 calls on 2 separate days.
And 'My' EE App - has the wrong password, I've changed it 7 times and abandoned the password manager, its now a string of profanity which I can remember myself. And it's wrong - right away. At one stage I got a screen saying "Prove you aren't a robot" - and that was it - how?? There was nothing else on the screen and clicking next said "Prove you aren't a robot."
Douglas Adams, many years ago wrote a computer game called Bureaucracy - it is recreated in EE for anyone wishing to become very cross and have no time to do anything else but become a slave of EE.
