I had a knock at the door today and yes it was someone trying to sell me something, we have all been there! I was an EE customer for several years with my mobile phone and during that time their customer service was excellent. The only reason I left was due to pricing changes. This visit was for EE broadband and after discussing my current situation it was clear that EE could not better what I already have in place. My point is this. The young rep was a pleasure to speak with and deserves recognition for what is a very difficult job talking wirh people onr their doorseteps. The rep Denzil was in Bromborough, Wirral today and I believe he has a very bright career ahead of him. Having worked previously in a call centre environment, I know how difficult and challenging it can be and recognition is rare and hard to come by!
