Gotta say it's seriously gone downhill lately - was passed to 8 different people before the 8th person actually put the phone down on me, so wasted an hour trying to sort a very simple problem out😠

Just here to commiserate with you, it's gone so downhill these days. Simple problems become huge ones because of the attitudes and lack of any training/knowledge. Shameful, can't wait to leave.
