Hi to all.

I've been with EE many years and had my first sustained problem with connection issues at home for three days running. I contacted customer service via text app and received fantastic support, the issue was resolved with an hour. I'm so impressed with the support that I won't consider another network when my contract renewal comes around in the near future.

The only disappointment I have is that I'm unable to find anywhere to leave any positive feedback for the customer care I experienced. We are able to complain easily enough so it would be nice to have a link where team leaders, managers etc can pass on positive feedback to the employee.

As this is a public forum I won't give full name or email address but thanks Jodie for your patience and exceptional customer care, 5 stars all around.
