Dear EE,
As this is the only way I can compliment someone I would like my message to be passed on to the manager of Isabel L. (I can provide full name in the private message) who recently helped me with my broadband connection. After a nasty phone call with EE customer service I had to sign new contract with EE and the date to activate my broadband was set for 2 weeks away and that is a massive inconvenience as I work from home and my 5G/4G network is really poor so tethering is not really an option as well.
I phoned EE in the morning and I was transferred to Isabel. Like no one before she really did what she could to help me. She always phoned me back as she promised and she said she will try to expedite my broadband activation. SHE DID IT!!! I don't know how but she really did it and I am so so grateful ! So the previous gentleman should learn from Isabel how to deal with the customer, it wasn't only about expediting my activation because it's not up to EE but Openreach, yet Isabel understood my situation and was really lovely. I would really like that this comment reached Isabel's line manager.
