I would like to compliment one of your store staff members. They work in the North End Croydon branch. I first went into the store to inquire about the new AirPod Pros the first staff member I spoke to about them was not busy and was not forthcoming with any real useful information I couldn’t even get a price as it seemed he couldn’t be bothered to find out, so I then went to House of Fraser to buy the item. Unlucky for me they were out of stock so I then went back to your store. This time I spoke to Azaria who was very helpful and even though I’m not an EE member the information given was very helpful and positive. Using this new gained knowledge I was then able to purchase the AirPod Pros, I rarely do customer feedback but thought I should this one time. So please could you make sure in some way Azaria is given some form of positive feedback at the very least from her store manager.
