There is no customer account access on these forums. You'll need to speak to EE CS on 150 or via the contact us page https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
