My wife and I went into the Andover Branch Tuesday as we wanted to switch her from O2 to EE and get the best options alongside my EE/BT Account. We saw Blair, who was friendly, helpful and listened to our issues and resolved all of them. She set up the new SIM with a PAC and ensured it was in process to switch the following day which it did without a hitch. I haven't been asked for any feedback but think she deserves it as she is 10 out of 10.
