@User987654321 there is no email option because email is too slow to deal with customer issues. if you require a tech support, then you’ll need to wait because you’re not the only one who wants tech support and if they’re dealing with other customers, they can’t just put the phone down and deal with you. You’re no more a priority than any other customer.

As I say, an awful service. You used to be able to call 150 and speak to someone who could resolve your question super quick.
Then you click a link but could speak to someone fairly swiftly.
Now it’s endless options, no answers and a long wait.
much worse than it used to be

Your view obviously but the automated service likely answers most people's issues and like it or not AI and automation is how all CS positions are going.
Is your issue is technical maybe the forum can help with or if account specific you need to speak to EE about directly.
Thanks

Hi, yes the issue is account specific. I’ll have to chat to someone at some point but couldn’t manage to while travelling.
I agree that AI and automation will take over many CS jobs. At the moment it means the user experience is the poorer and frustrating.

@User987654321 , when you ring customer service, press option 2, which should put you through to one of the guides.
