Awaiting HR Reference

Hello team, my new job HR has sent an email to EE HR to complete my referencing since last week but no response yet

Here is the email address I gave to them "hr.administration@ee.co.uk" which I believe it is the right one. Can someone look into it please?

The reference team do not have a direct number. Have you tried contacting the team with the email provided by @Christopher_G?

If both yourself and your new employer have not heard anything I'd recommend sending another email to chase this.

The only way to contact the reference team is via email, I do believe they will in touch very soon.
