Is there a dictionary of abbreviations easily accessible here somewhere? I'm new here and thought I was pretty good at working them out but I'm stumped by a lot.

No, there's no central directory of them. Some are sorta conventional BB (Broadband)-speak but any you can't work out just ask the poster.

EE is not an abbreviation but the formal legal name of this firm formerly known as Everything Everywhere.

Are there any particular abbreviations you're interested in?

Google can also be useful for many of them.
