Recently spoke to the aforementioned agent and she was a star. Sadly we got cut off towards the end of the call when my phone connected to Bluetooth (it’s an annoying problem but that’s for another day).
I feel really bad because — to me at least — it feels like I got what I needed and then just hung up!
There doesn’t seem to be a way to leave any sort of feedback on calls despite lots of people wanting to leave what seems to be mostly positive feedback.
