@lewisessery You can only order from the add to plan store if your a contract customer of EE and are under 17 months of having that contract but have already had it 30 days. If you’re not an EE customer you can not purchase this through EE as you’re expected to pay for this along side your monthly contract payment.
That’s why it wants you to login to your EE account, that’s your EE billing account. Your community account isn’t a billing account so you can not use that.
