Hi, I added a PS5 console onto my mobile plan back in August and I'm paying monthly until July 23, the console was working fine for months until I started having issues within the last month and now I am unable to get my PS5 controller to connect to my console anymore. I have tried many different youtube videos and have looked online for any solutions but so far I have had no luck. Can anyone who has purchased a console from EE help.

Is your controller blue light on but your console says press PS button?
Have you tried another controller or connecting your controller via the cable?
You would need to contact Sony and claim under the warranty if this is an issue with your console.
