Xbox series x stock

when I’m not logged in to my ee account, the Xbox series x comes up and says in stock, however, when logged in, it doesn’t come up at all, why is this? I am going to purchase the plan soon. thanks

Resolved! PS5 first payment

Sorry me again ! I ordered the ps5 on 29th July  and the £20 upfront payment was taken . my bill has since been processed and paid but it was missing the £45 for the console per month . when can I expect the first ps5 monthly payment ?

I have been non stop on my app to try and order the ps5 deal, it shows its in stock, once I click on it, it then is no where to be seen. How does one get to order this and add it to their plan
