@MikeyTebbs19   You have to be a EE contract customer to purchase from the add to plan store.   You have to be within the first 17 months of that contract and had it already for 30 days.     You are expected to purchase this with your contract bill over the next 11 months.   If you’re not an EE contract customer you can not purchase this from EE.     The add to plan store is a perk of being a contract customer of EE.
