Does anyone know if the 40th anniversary pre orders will be delivered on 29th Oct when they are released? My order has always had a mid November delivery date

Welcome to the EE Community

We don't have any guarantees when it comes to delivery, but we are aiming to deliver pre-orders on launch day. The best thing to do is just keep an eye out on your order tracking for it to update when dispatched. But you will also be notified via text or email once it dispatches as well, with the tracking information for your delivery.

I kept receiving emails saying my order was on track for delivery today. I checked at 11:30 last night, still said on track for delivery. I woke up this morning, checked it and now it says delayed, but has no information on how long it's delayed by. 

Is there any way to at least get any more information about when it's delayed until? After reading a lot of things online, I'm worried I'm not going to get it until mid-November!

Exactly the same has happened to me. It's awkward as we have to sign for this item and ensure we are in but they give us no information about when we can expect it

Exactly! I thought having it come today would be perfect as I'm off work at the minute anyway (work in a school so I've got this week off for half term) but now I've got no idea if it's coming tomorrow, next week, next month... I could be home, I could be in work. If I'm in work I'll have to arrange someone to house sit for me. I wouldn't mind if they emailed and said "Sorry, your order is delayed but should be delivered by such and such date." But I didn't even get a courtesy email. The only reason I knew is because I went online and checked first thing. Absolute joke.

Same for me, it said delivery expected today so ive booked it off work. Checked this morning and 'sorry its delayed' no tracking, no suggested date, nothing. They shouldn't be selling if they don't have stock ready.

All their mobile helplines are useless because theres no option to get help with pre-orders or orders in general. Just their services.

Someone on Reddit said they received theirs today, but a lot of people have said they've been given the date 15th of November which is ridiculous!
