Hi all just received my Xbox but no game pass

I'm not quite sure what you mean @Saggy77.

If it is an Xbox bundle with the Game Pass, you need to follow the above steps to activate it.

If that doesn't let you proceed, it would need to be chased by our customer service guides.

We do offer support for deaf and hard of hearing customers through Relay UK and BSL interpreters. There is more on how to connect with the team using these options on our Contact Us page.

Hey all just got my Xbox but no game pass sure it’s supposed to be in the box as it’s sold as a gaming bundle

Please go to ee.co.uk/xbox and follow the steps to activate the Xbox Game Pass.

If you see an error while on WiFi, please try on mobile data and from another browser to see if that helps.

If it doesn't, give our customer service guides a call, and they'll be able to help to get it activated for you.
