I have the gamepass included with my WiFi, but I’m unable to activate it, I accept the terms and click to activate and then it doesn’t actually do anything

Sorry to hear you are having an issue activating your Xbox Game Pass. You have been live for over 14 days on your broadband? As you wont be able to activate until after 14 days have passed.
Try accessing the Manage Gaming> Activate Game Pass section of the website using another browser and make sure you have no VPN or anything active and see if it loads ok then.
If you are still having issues please reach out to our technical team who will run some checks on your account and they may need to send off a form to our Xbox team who will get it sorted for you.
