Hi,
We ordered the xbox bundle with the ultimate game pass at the beginning of July and we haven't received the code for the game pass. We called 150 who said they would send us a link to claim it but this didn't get us anywhere, the link stated there was nothing waiting to be activated. What can we do to claim this as we have been waiting over a month?

Are you following the link on the phone that your add to plan purchase is linked to?
Only that number can be used to complete the activation of your subscription.

Hi yes the link was sent to my husbands number which the xbox is connected to, but the link had nothing on it.
