Tried to activate the bundled Xbox game pass but got following error!

Thanks for coming to the community, 

Could you try clearing cookies and cache and opening the link in a different browser? 

If the same message shows, could you try on WiFi and using mobile data, does this work for you?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

thanks for your help. I got it work now. It was the store region issue. After I changed to UK, the code work perfectly.
