Xbox game pass sub G2A

Hello. Last month I bought a code from G2A to get Xbox game pass ultimate for 1 month. Now I've seen my sub is linked to BT/EE, but I never had an account on BT/EE and I didn't even know what BT/EE was because I'm from Italy. I read a lot of similar cases written by other users, can anyone help me? I have contacted my G2A seller but it doesn't reply, also I'm in contact with xbox support. I don't know what to do.

You shouldn't buy cheap as there is always a catch. 

You need to contact the seller.
