I’m paying £31 a month for the Xbox series x and a gamepass that I can’t even use and I’ve contacted the support team on 3 different occasions, tried every thing the forums say and have been sent to Microsoft 2 time and to no avail , this has been going on since February 12 , can someone help me because I’m getting fed up of not getting something that I’m paying for

I have used the code provided and have tried to use the link sent by the support team several times (this link
whenever I go back on the link it says there’s nothing to activate
