Hi, I purchased the Xbox 24 month bundle and should have recieved the Xbox Pass, I have recieved a text with a code for the £70 game code but nothing regarding the Xbox Pass Ultimate, I have read previous posts and have checked to see if it is in my add ons and it isn't, I've text pick to 150 and it says I can pick an extra, so I reply Xbox, it then replies to confirm I want the XBox pass and I reply to say yes and then it comes back with a message to say there has been an error

If you visit ee.co.uk/xbox and enter the mobile number that you added the Xbox to and confirm the PIN, does the Game Pass show there with the button to activate?
If not please give us a call on 150 so one of our guides can help make sure the Game Pass has been added to your account as part of your bundle.

The "pick" text is only for those on mobile plans with an Inclusive Extra (such as All Rounder or Full Works) and not anything to do with the Gaming Bundle you've purchased.
If you try the advice given by @Alex_H, this should be the correct manner to activate your Game Pass.

Hi I’m having the same difficulty with the game pass it’s saying there’s nothing to activate. I’ve called 150 but none of the options sound relevant to the issue. What should I do thanks
