Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Has the price only just gone up to £22.99? I changed contracts last month and lost the Game pass as an extra, so I subscribed through EE at £14. I have the confirmation text message saying I'll be paying £14 a month, I paid £14 a month for last month but this months bill is showing it at £22.99. I didn't receive any notification it was going up by email or text message. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
