Xbox 24 month game pass ultimate

I purchased a xbox bundle as a add on and it included a 24 month game pass ultimate. We have just activated the game pass but noticed it said 1 month subscription not 24. Does anyone know if we will get a new code every month or is this an error?

The Game Pass is a recurring one month subscription for 24 months.

You will receive a text message within 14 days to complete activation of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

I ordered in October, never received a text to set up my gaming pass. Now gone to set the Xbox up (was a present for my son) How do I go about getting it sorted 😭

The text is usually sent out 14 days after you receive the Xbox. Are you able to go back on your messages to see if you received it back then?

Yeah I checked my texts and emails and had nothing, however someone posted ee.co.uk/xbox on another thread so I tried that, inserted my number and managed to get it sorted. Thank you for your reply 😁
