Am in exactly the same boat been over 2 weeks now and no refund abismal customer service from the very start we won't be staying with ee at renewal. It's put us in horrible predicament. Been told lies after lies even told the had scheduled a call back and wasn't one bit surprised when it didn't happen I would advise anyone who is thinking of taking a new contract with ee to avoid it's customer service is shocking.

Since your missed call back have you been able to speak with anyone further?
