@Adampowen123 You can’t. It has to be added to your monthly EE contract bill. The add to plan store is a perk of being an EE contract customer so you can spread the payments over 11 months.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

You cannot buy an accessory online unless you already have a mobile phone or SIM contract from EE. You are expected to pay for it along with your existing EE mobile plan.
