Can someone help Iv just ordered a ps5 bundle with call of duty on 24m contract Iv payed the 10£ upfront payment and received the email stating Iv payed and order has been received but now showing my account is 10£ in credit and will be deducted from my next bill why is this

Took a few days but got confirmation everything was ok and PS5 delivered a few days ago.
