I have been non stop on my app to try and order the ps5 deal, it shows its in stock, once I click on it, it then is no where to be seen. How does one get to order this and add it to their plan

Have you tried ringing customer service? They should be able to put the order through for you.

Yes done that, and the agent said it must be done online, which is pretty disgusting service when one has been a loyal customer with them

@Anita51   If it’s not possible to purchase via customer services from the add to plan store I don’t know how that can be disgusting service and doesn’t matter how long you’ve been with them.    If it’s not possible then it’s not possible.
