Hi all, I recently purchased a ps5 from ee (1st of February) and to I tried to use the disc drive for the first time and it will not work as in read disc( games, Blu-ray's and dvds) 

I have been through all the troubleshooting methods on the playstation website and still no joy. Do I contact ee customer service? Or do I send it of to Sony?

I'm sorry to hear this.

I'd recommend contacting Sony as you're in your manufacturers warranty. 

They will be able to let you know what to do next.
