Can any help..I order PS5 consoles yesterday via EE online shop..and paid the extra for ‘next working day delivery’ which will be tomorrow 11/09.
my order still shows as ‘processing’ and is no further along considering its meant to be delivered tomorrow.
I phoned the Customer Service, who were no help and told me they have no direct telephone number for the Department. I just have to send an email, I’ve had no reply to any email sent and no update. Extremely frustrating, And no direct person to speak to considering it’s such a large purchase.
Has anyone had this ? Any tips or help much appreciated

We want to be sure your order reaches you when you're expecting it, but this can show as processing until the evening of the day before delivery, so this isn't neccessarily something to be concerned about.
If you'd like some additional peace of mind, you can request a call back from the team, and they can get this checked.

Hi, I am having the exact same issue. I paid next day delivery on Wednesday last week. You provided me with tracking info and stated that the parcel had left the warehouse but Parcel force even received it. I have asked for a call back but no one called me. Please contact me ASAP. Very poor that you do not have a direct contact number to speak to someone for a purchase of this amount.

Good morning @Heatherstansfie, I'm disappointed to hear you've not had an update on this just yet.
When was it you requested your call back?
It does mention we recommend this will be within 16 working hours, so it may just be a case that they're backed up slightly from over the weekend.
