I noticed on one of my pay-monthly mobile contracts that I have a free "currently active" add-on that just says "PC Game Pass Activation". I've had the contract for well over a year but haven't received any correspondence suggesting how I would go about using this.
I've searched this forum, and it sounds like I possibly should have received an email containing a link, but I'm not certain whether that's only for the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate add-on, which seems to be listed as an optional extra that I'd get charged for. Either way, I don't have any email.
I've also called EE on a couple of occasions, and nobody seems to know what to do. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

@Phil110 An All Rounder plan would typically come with one inclusive extra such as the Xbox Game Pass ultimate. The PC Game pass specifically is only available as a separate chargeable subscription managed via the subscriptions section mentioned on that help page.
So you would have the option of adding Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as your inclusive extra with your plan, which you can do via that Add-ons and Extras section of the app or by texting PICK to 150 or SWAP to 150 to select via text. Though it looks like you might have the Google AI option selected currently.
In terms of the current add-on showing which I think is causing the confusion, when you activate certain products an activation marker gets added to your account as an add-on to show the product has been successfully activated via the activation link, and this add-on has no associated cost so will show as free.
So the most likely scenario is the number did have and activate a game pass in the past and the activation marker is still an addon to the account. But currently the only way to get an Xbox Game Pass without extra cost is either as an inclusive extra or as a bundle when adding an Xbox console bundle to your mobile bill. And the PC game pass is only available as a chargeable subscription extra.

Hi there @Phil110
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Which plan do you have? Do you also have the Game Pass Ultimate add-on showing?
Our Xbox PC Game Pass page has information on the PC Game Pass and how to activate this.

Thanks for your message @Leanne_T
My plan is listed as “All Rounder SIM £28 R”. And I do see Xbox Game Pass Ultimate listed as an optional extra I can add to my account for £16.99 per month. But when I choose to view my currently active addons it shows “PC Game Pass Activation” as Free.
Based on that page you linked to, it seems like there should be a subscription area when I log in, but I don’t see anything like that on the app or the web portal.
