Ordered a X Box S Never showed up

Ordered X box S over a week ago and chose the 3 payment option. I received confirmation of the order, an invoice and also that the 1st payment has been taken. What I have not received is any confirmation of when I will receive this which is a birthday gift for my son which is this Monday! when will I get this? so disappointed with the lack of information and that you don't have anyone you can call. What is the situation as my son will be devastated
