Hi,
I am trying to add a PS5 online via monthly options but as soon as I log in - the monthly option disappears.
I spoke to someone via chat who said ring sales and they can order it for me. I rang sales and they said they cannot order a PS5 over the phone and has to be done online. Can someone advise? I asked if my credit allowed the PS5 which the lady confirmed I can add a PS5 on monthly.
