Hello,
I ordered a PlayStation 5 on Tuesday the 20th of August. I was advised it would be delivered within 1-3 working days. This is now the fifth working day, excluding the bank holiday, and, apart from the confirmation of my order, I haven't received a single update. When I try and track the order with the order number provided, I get an error message.
