Missing £150 gamecard

Received my xbox bundle 3 days ago, but I was supposed to have a £150 game card voucher, how do I go about getting this

An EE GameCard is a digital voucher that you can redeem at the EE Game Store.

We'll send you a text after you buy an EE GameCard, asking you to reply. When we get your reply, we’ll send an EE GameCard long code and a unique 4-digit PIN. You’ll need to use both to redeem the card at the EE Game Store.

We try to send codes as soon as possible, but if you haven't got your EE GameCard code after 2 working days, text EE GameCard to 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Still haven't received my game card, nearly 3 weeks now, I'm constantly on the phone but getting no where, waiting for call backs that don't come, I would never had purchased this if I'd have known, maybe I cancel my direct debit, as I'm not paying for something I haven't got, and I'm sure I'll get a call back then

how did you get on with ee regarding the £150 game card .I'm in the same position.

Hi finally got my voucher codes on Saturday, it took 3 weeks, I had to phone ee speak to them and then they escalated it, keep on to them, shouldn't have to be this hard work, but I got there in the end
