i preordered minecraft dungeons 2 gamekeycard via ee, but i cannot find the preorder code.

Have you recieved your pre-order bonus code since your post? Have you been able to check for any texts or emails sent to the contact number/email you set for your order?

I have checked my email and spam email and I haven’t received any pre order code. Even after this post.

@WildRiolu Please give our electronics team a call on 0800 079 0062 with your order number and they will be able to raise the issue with your pre order code.

I’ve given the electronics team a call today, and unfortunately they weren’t able to help me, instead they told me to contact Nintendo, this is a problem because if I contact Nintendo, they would just tell me to contact the company that I purchased the game from, in this case EE as because I didn’t buy directly from Nintendo and that they wouldn’t be able to help me from their end.

I can understand your frustration @WildRiolu.

If that is the steps our electronics team have suggested, I would try that first of all, and if you are pushed back like you mentioned, get in touch with the electronics team so they can look to escalate it for you.
